Linens
The home is equipped with white Calvin Klein sheets and bath towels. Please use the gray washcloths for makeup and the black-and-white striped towels for the pool/spa. Spare sheets, blankets, pillows and towels can be found in each bedroom. There are also two sets of fluffy white bath/spa robes hanging in each bedroom.
Toiletries
Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, liquid hand soap and hand sanitizer are provided in each bathroom. You will find additional basic supplies and first-aid kits in the vanities. A larger first-aid kit can be found in the large central closet.
Cooking & Entertaining
In the kitchen cabinets, you will find a wide selection of dishes, glassware, cutlery, cookware, utensils and barware. There’s a large central closet in the home with many additional counter-top cooking appliances. Housed in the same closet, you will also find bar-b-cue equipment and outdoor dining supplies. There’s a large rolling cart that may be used for additional cooking/serving space. Basic staples can be found in the pantry next to the refrigerator.
Laundry & Cleaning
A stacked washer/dryer unit is located in the closet outside the guest bath. Laundry and cleaning supplies can be found in the same closet, as well as additional cleaners beneath bath and kitchen sinks.

Entertainment
The living room and each bedroom is equipped with large-format, wall-mounted, flat-screen televisions; each with an AppleTV. YouTube TV (with x-stations) is provided. High-speed Internet WiFi is complementary. There is a Bluetooth-enabled phonograph/radio and a curated collection of vintage vinyl albums for your enjoyment. There’s also a Beats Pill that can be taken out to the patios or the pool (please be respectful of neighbors.) There’s an additional radio in the guest bedroom.
We’ve also provided a selection of our favorite games and many books to enjoy.
The living room also features a bio-ethanol hanging fireplace.
Fire Features & Private Patios
The home features three private, gated patio areas. There’s a custom wall-mounted fire feature in the patio outside the guest room, where you will also find lounge chairs an umbrella and seating . The patio outside the living room has a bar cart and dining table and chairs. And you’ll another seating area and fire feature in the private patio outside the primary bedroom.
Business Needs
Password-protected high-speed WiFi Internet is complementary. The primary bedroom has a desk, desk lamp and comfortable chair; you will find a portable desk in the guest-room closet. Both bedrooms have wall-mounted USB ports and plenty of outlets.
Pool & Spa Fun
You’ll find a selection of pool floats and inflatables in the outdoor closet of the living room patio. There are pool bags in each bedroom as well as lots of black-and-white striped pool towels. Please feel free to wear the fluffy-white robes to the spa in the evenings.
Grills
The Riv provides well-maintained grills for the community. They’re located just steps from The Fitz.
Outdoor Showers
At the east end of the pool, you’ll find a set of outdoor showers and a pair of open-air restrooms and drinking fountains.
Park
Beyond the lush landscaping, there’s a beautiful park with magnificent views at the south-east corner of the property.
Parking & Electric-car Charging
There is one assigned, covered parking spot for each unit — and there is also plenty of open guest parking. The Riv offers free electric-car charging stations.
