Fourteen-year residents of Palm Springs, we absolutely love our hometown — and hope you will, too. From the Palm Springs Art Museum, to the Living Desert, to the Uptown Design District, to the Aerial Tramway, to the weekly Villagefest, to the monthly Vintage Market, to the wonderful bars and restaurants… You’ll find plenty to do in town.

You’ll also enjoy a wonderful community at ‘The Riv.’ The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The pool is gorgeous — and the deck (one of the largest in the Coachella Valley, features many lounges, umbrellas, dining tables, a community fireplace and seating areas, outdoor showers, bar-be-cue facilities… for your outdoor pleasure. We love being here and we love our neighbors!

The Fitzgerald is more than just a vacation rental for us; we consider it our own part-time home. Even though we live only across town, we spend a great deal of time in the home when it’s not occupied. We’ve lovingly designed the home with furnishings and artwork from our own collections — and we frequently entertain in the home and host visiting friends, here. We’ve really worked to try to anticipate the wants and needs of a traveler and account for them. The Fitzgerald is appointed with everything we require in our day-to-day lives. To be sure we could entertain in the manner we desire and our guests expect, we’ve hosted birthday parties, cocktail parties, dinner parties… we’ve cooked Thanksgiving here. We even hosted an impromptu wedding on one of the beautiful patios.
