This functional kitchen has fabulous built-in KitchenAid appliances making cooking a dream. Enjoy using the oven’s convection and steam features. There are many high-end counter-top appliances stored in the ample closet in order to be able to keep your counters clean and clutter-free. The French-door refrigerator has an internal ice maker and a filtered-water dispenser.

The primary suite features a queen-size bed with comfy linens, comfortable chairs and a desk. Enjoy your morning news on the wall-mounted flat-screen television. The gated patio outside the primary bedroom is completely private and separate from the other outdoor spaces of the home. It has boasts lounge chairs, a place to sit and relax with your book or a tea and its own fire feature The gate is directly across from the pool and spa for easy access.
The most-comfortable guest bedroom
The second bedroom is just as comfy as the primary, with the same queen-size mattress and linens. There’s comfortable seating and a portable desk available for a laptop. This room also has a wall-mounted flat-screen television.
The most-luxurious guest bath
The large and airy guest bath features the same custom glass shower enclosure that you’ll enjoy in the primary. There’s plenty of storage for towels and toiletries in the etagere.
The guest room’s patio features a custom-built wall-mounted fire feature and a comfy sectional.
All the windows at The Fitz have motorized shades. Both bedrooms have blackout shades for restful sleep.
